Application Support Engineer – Google Cloud Vertex AI

Experience: 6–8 Years

Location: Bengaluru

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Vertex AI Model Development. The candidate will troubleshoot critical business applications, support AI/ML solutions, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure application reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve application/AI-related issues.
  • Work as an SME and actively contribute to technical discussions.
  • Support deployment, monitoring, and management of ML models.
  • Analyze system issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Document processes, solutions, and technical knowledge.
  • Continuously learn and adopt emerging AI technologies.
