Are you an experienced construction leader who thrives in fast-paced, mission-critical environments?

Rapidly growing mechanical and construction services organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects throughout Pennsylvania.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing project execution from pre construction through commissioning while serving as the primary point of contact for owners, contractors, and project stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Lead large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, contract compliance, and financial performance
  • Oversee project schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and quality programs
  • Direct project teams including Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Project Administrators
  • Negotiate contracts, subcontract agreements, and purchase orders
  • Manage owner relationships and maintain client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support design-build and GMP project delivery
  • Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence across all phases of construction
  • Lead project closeout and commissioning activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proven experience managing mission-critical or data center construction projects
  • Strong background in financial management, forecasting, and contract administration
  • Experience with design-build and GMP project delivery methods
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
