Rapidly growing mechanical and construction services organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects throughout Pennsylvania.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing project execution from pre construction through commissioning while serving as the primary point of contact for owners, contractors, and project stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Lead large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, contract compliance, and financial performance
- Oversee project schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and quality programs
- Direct project teams including Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Project Administrators
- Negotiate contracts, subcontract agreements, and purchase orders
- Manage owner relationships and maintain client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Support design-build and GMP project delivery
- Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence across all phases of construction
- Lead project closeout and commissioning activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience managing mission-critical or data center construction projects
- Strong background in financial management, forecasting, and contract administration
- Experience with design-build and GMP project delivery methods
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
