Job Title: Junior Digital Project Manager
Location: T&P Melbourne or Sydney

The Junior Digital Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the delivery of projects within a designated market remit. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, this role acts as a key liaison between JLR Global and regional/local markets, supporting the successful delivery of brochures, websites and configurator updates.
The role is focused on ensuring projects are delivered on time, managing stakeholder communications, tracking project progress and supporting issue resolution across multiple workstreams. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator or Digital Project Manager looking to gain exposure to a global client and complex, multi-market project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project delivery across your designated market(s), supporting the successful rollout of brochures, websites and configurator updates.
- Act as a key point of contact for regional and local market stakeholders, escalating issues where required.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with JLR Global teams, local market contacts and agency partners.
- Support the delivery of global assets into local markets, ensuring agreed timelines and processes are followed.
- Monitor project schedules and critical paths, proactively identifying risks, delays and dependencies.
- Communicate project updates, changes and key milestones to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to develop and manage project plans through to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to resolve project challenges and keep delivery on track.
- Prepare clear and concise project briefs, status updates and documentation to support efficient project execution.
- Ensure quality control processes are followed and all required approvals are obtained prior to delivery.
- Maintain accurate project tracking, reporting and time recording.
- Develop a strong understanding of your assigned markets and become a trusted point of contact for project delivery requirements.
About You
- Experience in project coordination, digital project management, delivery, production, marketing operations or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating website, digital, marketing or content delivery projects is advantageous.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
- Proactive, collaborative and eager to develop expertise in global project delivery.
