Full description

Manage and lead the implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement of information systems across the organization, with a business, process-oriented, and technological perspective.

The role includes the implementation and advancement of the organization’s ERP system, as well as additional financial systems, such as financial consolidation systems, payment systems, budgeting and control systems, and more.

The position is responsible for the full project lifecycle — from understanding business needs and defining the solution, through implementation, configuration, and testing, to go-live, user adoption, and ongoing support.

The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, with a strong focus on the Finance department, as well as working with software vendors, development companies, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead information systems projects from initiation through go-live.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system-based solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications, manage testing processes, and support UAT activities.
  • Manage systems at the Admin level, including configuration, user permissions, ongoing maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead system enhancements, automation initiatives, and optimization of existing processes.
  • Manage relationships and ongoing work with external vendors, including tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Take responsibility for system implementation, user training, ongoing support, and continuous improvement of existing processes.

Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in information systems implementation.
  • Significant experience working with ERP and financial systems — required.
  • Familiarity with financial processes such as accounting, procurement and payments, financial consolidation and reporting, budgeting, and control — a significant advantage.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and writing functional specifications.
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong self-learning skills and the ability to gain an in-depth understanding of systems and business processes.
  • Ability to work directly with users and managers and translate business needs into effective system solutions.
  • High level of English — required.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and other financial systems- an advantage
  • Academic background in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, Accounting, or another relevant field- an advantage
  • Experience working in a global organization and managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and interfaces- Advantage
