As part of your role as Project Manager, you'll ensure that our largest and most complex projects are delivered according to the project plan, issues are tracked and escalated in a timely manner and ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing...
You’ll play a central role in delivering high-impact data and AI projects across multiple clients and workstreams. You’ll work closely with technical teams, client stakeholders, and internal leadership to drive outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and maintaining overall project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Leading fortnightly governance meetings to communicate progress, blockers, manage scope/cost changes, and obtain key decisions
- Monitoring project budgets and providing accurate run-rate analysis with the Snap Delivery Lead
- Managing risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation
- Coordinating with Architects, Data Engineers, AI specialists, and Data Visualisation teams, acting as their escalation point
- Applying Snap’s proprietary Snap Perform methodology (a blend of PRINCE2 and CMMi tailored for data and AI delivery)
- Managing senior stakeholders across business and technical domains
- Overseeing multiple concurrent projects or clients, balancing priorities and resources effectively
In your first 3–6 months, success might look like:
- Building a strong understanding of our retail client’s account and overall delivery landscape
- Independently managing projects and driving them to completion
- Improving project management processes to increase efficiency
- Supporting client retention through stable, well-managed delivery
What you'll need to succeed...
We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of experience, curiosity, and collaboration.
You might be a great fit if you have:
- A minimum of 10+ years of IT project or product management experience, ideally in data engineering or AI-driven environments
- A proven track record in managing Data and AI projects across multiple clients or business units
- Experience with tools like Azure DevOps and Jira, and Agile delivery methodologies
- One or more recognised project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including international exposure
- A good understanding of data pipelines, machine learning workflows, and reporting layers
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, or Matillion
- Familiarity with release management and version control (e.g., GitHub)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across geographies
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders
