About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in project management, team leadership, and multidisciplinary coordination.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
The role involves coordinating internal resources and vendors, managing project risks and changes, monitoring performance, controlling costs, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources, multidisciplinary teams, third parties, and vendors for successful project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans and continuously monitor progress.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure appropriate resource availability and allocation.
- Analyze project performance and prepare progress reports for management.
- Manage budgetary objectives and monitor project costs.
- Lead project teams and delegate responsibilities according to team members' skills and experience.
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to ensure compliance with operational and maintenance requirements.
- Identify and resolve project issues.
- Facilitate change requests and communicate their impact on schedule and budget.
- Ensure compliance with quality, operations, and maintenance standards.
- Manage client satisfaction during project transition and obtain project acceptance.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15 years of total professional experience.
- 10 years of relevant experience related to the position.
- 7 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in project management, planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Experience in project risk management.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
- Knowledge of plant engineering operations and maintenance processes.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- PMP or another relevant certification is preferred.
- Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
