Overview

About Nortal:

We’re Nortal. We think big and create cutting-edge digital solutions with a global reach. And with 25 years of experience, 2,700+ professional experts, and half a billion people worldwide  impacted  by our work, we believe we’ve got the numbers to back up that statement.

Our global teams have played a significant role in many Fortune 500 companies’ projects and systems and have been the driving force of digital transformation for governments, healthcare institutions, and leading enterprises worldwide. We combine best-in-class strategic consulting with software engineering, data, and design practices to bring our visions to life.

The client you’ll work with:

Unihomes is hiring a Salesforce Developer to help us get more value from Salesforce as the business continues to grow. This role will combine hands-on Salesforce administration, development and project delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Agentforce - improving the way our teams sell, serve customers, manage data and scale our operations.

The role:

Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will work across the full Salesforce platform - from day-to-day configuration and support through to larger development projects, automation, integrations and AI-enabled improvements. You will take business problems, translate them into practical Salesforce solutions, and deliver changes that help UniHomes move faster, improve customer and colleague experience, and create the platform foundations we need for future growth.

You will play an important role in delivering CRM projects that make a measurable difference to the business - whether that is improving lead handling, streamlining service processes, strengthening reporting, automating manual work, supporting new products or helping teams make better use of customer data. The role needs someone who is comfortable balancing quick, pragmatic improvements with well-designed, scalable solutions.

Agentforce and AI will be an important part of the role, but not the only part. We want someone who is positive about what AI can do for our colleagues, customers and business, while also bringing strong Salesforce admin and development foundations. You will champion useful, responsible AI where it makes us faster, sharper or better - and make sure it sits within a well-governed, reliable Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, balancing declarative configuration, Flow, Apex and Lightning development where appropriate.
  • Own core Salesforce administration activity, including user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, queues, assignment rules, page layouts, record types, fields, validation rules and day-to-day platform configuration.
  • Build and enhance automation using Flow, Apex and platform events, ensuring processes are reliable, efficient, well-documented and easy to support.
  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionality, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, integrations and supporting test coverage.
  • Support Salesforce integrations with internal and third-party systems, working with APIs, middleware and connected applications to keep data moving accurately and securely.
  • Improve platform quality through code reviews, testing, release management, environment management and adherence to Salesforce development best practice.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Service, Finance, Product and Technology to understand requirements, translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions, and communicate technical decisions clearly.
  • Lead the design and build of Agentforce agents across Sales, Service, lead generation, qualification and nurturing using Agent Builder, Prompt Builder and Data Cloud.
  • Establish agent observability so we know how agents are performing in production and can iterate quickly.
  • Drive adoption across Sales and Service teams through training, change management, documentation and feedback loops.
  • Act as an accountable Salesforce and Agentforce owner inside UniHomes, providing a strong technical voice to stakeholders, leadership and Salesforce themselves.

Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience designing, building and shipping Agentforce or comparable Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, Copilot Studio, similar).
  • Strong Salesforce administration foundations; Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred, Agentforce Specialist or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Practical experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Flows, Lightning) and AI tooling (prompt design, RAG, evaluation).
  • Comfortable owning a workstream end-to-end - design, build, governance, adoption and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; comfortable leading a workstream, growing a team, and influencing peers and senior leaders alike.
  • Track record as a senior IC stepping into leadership, or prior experience leading a small technical team.
  • Pragmatic, outcome-driven, and comfortable in an SME pace of decision making.
  • Genuinely positive about AI and what it can do for colleagues, customers and the business - a can-do mindset, with the confidence to champion it and bring others with you.

Brownie points:

  • Experience setting up agent observability tooling.
  • Background in marketplaces, lettings, utilities or consumer-facing platforms.

Why work with us:

  • Great work-life balance
  • Competitive remuneration package
  • Exceptional social package & special discounts
  • Supplemental health & dental care
  • Psychological counselling & mental health activities
  • Learning & Development opportunities
  • Team bonding events
  • Sport initiatives
  • Excellent office location & facilities
