Role type - Permanent

Location - London, Holborn (Hybrid)

The role

As a Product Manager, you will focus on executing key initiatives that drive user growth and streamline the journey from landing on our platform to placing an order. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers and data analysts to ship intuitive, high-impact features that lower friction and improve conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify drop-off points across user onboarding and quotation journeys, designing feature updates to optimise conversion rates.
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specs; prioritise the team sprint backlog to maintain a fast delivery cadence.
  • Plan, build, and run continuous A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and measure performance against growth KPIs.
  • Partner with UX/UI design, software engineering and wider stakeholders to ensure aligned, seamless product updates.
  • Monitor web analytics, funnel data, and user feedback to inform backlog priorities and report feature performance to senior management and clients.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years in product management, with a proven focus on B2C digital products, e-commerce, or conversion funnel optimisation.
  • Hands-on experience using web analytics software and A/B testing platforms.
  • Solid background running sprint ceremonies, drafting requirements, and delivering software within an Agile development setup.
  • Ability to translate complex home installations into simple, delightful user flows.
  • Clear verbal and written communicator capable of aligning engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
