About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large electrical construction projects from the Dallas market. This is a site-based leadership position responsible for the overall success of major projects, with a focus on data center and hospital construction.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced project leader who can take ownership of complex projects, manage teams and stakeholders, and drive performance across cost, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction.

Projects will generally be located within approximately a 4–5 hour radius of Dallas, allowing for regional project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Serve as the primary project leader and client point of contact.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance.
  • Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Lead project teams and provide direction to project managers, engineers, and field personnel.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, cost, and scope issues.
  • Review contracts, change orders, subcontracts, and project documentation.
  • Drive quality, safety, and operational performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and project partners.
  • Ensure successful project turnover and closeout.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of electrical construction project management experience preferred.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale commercial electrical projects.
  • Experience with data centers, hospitals, healthcare, or other highly complex facilities strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage significant project budgets and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction, project financials, scheduling, and contracts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
  • Willingness to lead projects within approximately a 4–5 hour radius of Dallas.
