Full description

Provide clients and organizational leaders with reliable data from multiple platforms and systems that empower and support key decision making. Access and integrate data sources into reporting environments while maintaining data standards, quality, and integrity.

Responsibilities

The Data Analyst will work with inputs from multiple systems including structured and unstructured data to build, report, and interpret web and social indicators.

  • Must be knowledgeable and have a full understanding of data life cycles and the relationships between various integrated systems. This employee will also perform ad hoc and deep dive analysis and interpretation.
  • Understanding data: Understanding the data, where it is coming from, and how it will be captured, maintained, and reported.
  • Data Quality Assessment: Validating data quality including sources, reliability, completeness, validity, and uniqueness.
  • Organize the Data: Addressing accessibility, usability, data modeling & structuring, aggregation, statistical validity, and warehousing.
  • Configuring Data for Access: Channeling the data to where it is needed, predictive/statistical modeling, query building, data sources, and quality assurance.
  • Reporting: Using business requirements to tell the story, developing dashboards & reports that are actionable and measurable, and ensuring data quality.
  • Security & User Acceptance: Audience access, utilization, communications, and guidelines on data use.
  • Outcomes/Insights: Facilitate data access that enables others to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Education and Work Experience:• BS/BA Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field with minimum 2 years performing multiple system data validation, quality assessments, and configuration of reports and standardized dashboards.
  • Demonstrated Skills & Abilities:• Strong knowledge and skill in Adobe Analytics/CJA, Sprinklr, and ObservePoint.
  • Writing queries, and building reports using reporting tools, coding languages and AI.
  • Interpreting data and data storytelling.
  • Strong communication skills including presentations, data visualization, and reporting.
  • Working with minimal to moderate oversight to meet established deadlines.
  • Delivering defined projects and meeting client expectations.
  • Problem solving, debugging/troubleshooting and the design and implementation of solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Thriving in both a team environment and as an individual contributor
  • Performing website audits to identify and address navigation, optimization, security, and privacy issues.
  • Promoting data literacy among clients and organizational decision makers.
  • Specific Certifications, Licenses:• Prefer data management, data quality, or data visualization certification
