What You Can Expect
Join Zoom's Marketing Analytics team within IT and help bring clarity to how data shapes marketing strategy across our global CMO organization. In this role, you will transform marketing data into actionable insights through advanced analytics, data visualization, and reporting that supports campaign performance, attribution, and customer behavior understanding. Working closely with marketing stakeholders, you will build dashboards, define measurement frameworks, and translate complex findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations that drive smarter decisions. This is a role for someone equally comfortable diving deep into data and presenting strategic conclusions to senior leadership.
About the Team
Zoom's Marketing Analytics team sits within IT and partners directly with the CMO organization to deliver data-driven insights that power global marketing decisions. The team combines analytical rigor with a collaborative approach, working across digital, social, email, and events channels to help Zoom's marketing organization understand performance and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to track marketing campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics across digital, social, email, and event channels
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, funnel conversion rates, and attribution modeling to identify optimization opportunities and growth drivers
- Partner with marketing teams to define KPIs, establish measurement frameworks, and provide data-driven recommendations for campaign strategy and budget allocation
- Analyze marketing experiments and ad-hoc requests to evaluate campaign effectiveness, measure outcomes, and validate hypotheses
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights through presentations and executive-level reporting to drive strategic marketing decisions
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with SQL for data analysis and querying
- 3+ years of experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including attribution modeling, customer journey mapping, funnel analysis, and marketing mix optimization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex findings for executive audiences
- Experience performing statistical analysis using Python or R
- Experience building custom dashboards using JavaScript
