  • Own the end-to-end strategy, performance, and long-term value creation of the Reproductive Medicine & Maternal Health portfolio, including Rekovelle, Menopur, and Lutinus. 
  • Shape portfolio priorities and investment choices by translating market, customer, competitive, and performance insights into integrated brand plans and growth initiatives. 
  • Drive strategic impact through cross-functional leadership across Medical, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, and other relevant functions. 
  • Own A&P allocation, forecasts, KPIs, and ROI, with accountability for portfolio performance and timely corrective action. 
  • Lead KOL and congress engagement, omnichannel initiatives, product launches, and lifecycle management in compliance with company policies and local requirements.

Mission (main points of the position) 

The Senior Product Manager serves as the strategic owner of Ferring Korea's Reproductive Medicine & Maternal Health portfolio, accountable for setting direction, prioritizing investments, and delivering sustainable business impact. The role leads integrated brand planning, portfolio growth, A&P management, omnichannel strategy, performance analytics, launches, and cross-functional execution to maximize the long-term value of the portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of integrated strategic and tactical brand plans to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth across the Reproductive Medicine & Maternal Health portfolio. 
  • Lead product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio growth initiatives from strategy through execution. 
  • Leverage market research, customer insights, competitive intelligence, CRM data, and marketing analytics to identify opportunities, assess risks, and optimize brand performance. 
  • Lead KOL, HCP, patient organization, advisory board, and congress engagement strategies in alignment with brand priorities. 
  • Lead cross-functional brand teams across Medical, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, and other relevant functions to ensure aligned decisions and integrated execution. 
  • Own brand-level A&P planning and management, ensuring disciplined resource allocation, budget control, and ROI optimization. 
  • Own brand forecasts and relevant IBP inputs, monitor performance against KPIs, and recommend timely corrective actions. 
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. 

Qualification Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field 
  • 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing is preferred, including 1-2 years in Reproductive Medicine & Maternal Health or a related therapeutic area. 
  • Prior experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company is preferred but not required. 
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic brand plans. 
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, project management, and influencing skills. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment. 
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

  • Budget and ROI: A&P expenditure within the approved budget, with clear performance tracking and evidence-based resource reallocation. 
  • Forecast and IBP Accuracy: Timely and reliable brand forecasts, IBP inputs, risk assessments, and corrective action plans. 
  • Customer and Omnichannel Impact: Achievement of agreed KOL, HCP, congress, CRM, and omnichannel engagement objectives, supported by relevant performance data. 

Cross-Functional Execution: Timely delivery of agreed brand team milestones, with clear ownership, effective issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment. 

Compliance: Full adherence to internal policies, approved processes, and external regulatory requirements, with no preventable compliance breaches.
