Overview and purpose of the role

Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate ideas, enhance brand identity, and support marketing and business objectives. The role involves developing creative concepts and producing digital and print materials for various platforms and audiences.

Key responsibilities:

  •  Creative Production • Design visual assets for digital channels (Facebook, Telegram, website), including static posts, banners, and short-form video/motion graphics 
  • Produce print and physical materials: brochures, showroom signage, event backdrops, price/spec sheets, and promotional collateral 
  • Design assets for model launch events, VIP experiences, and partnership activations + Brand Consistency 
  • Ensure all creative output adheres to Mercedes-Benz global brand and design guidelines (logo usage, typography, color palette, imagery standards) => Maintain and organize a brand asset library (logos, model imagery, templates) for consistent use across the team + Collaboration  
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Executive to translate campaign briefs into visual concepts => 
  • Support the Product Expert and Relationship Manager teams with sales collateral (e.g. model comparison sheets, feature highlight cards) =>
  • Coordinate with external vendors (printers, signage companies, video editors) when production needs exceed in-house capacity + Photography & Video Support => Capture or direct photography/videography of vehicles, showroom environment, and events for use in marketing content => Edit photo and video assets to a polished, on-brand standard

Background and experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally with exposure to automotive, luxury retail, or brand-guideline-driven design work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar) and/or equivalent design tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design work.
  • Basic photography/videography skills; video editing experience is a plus.
  • luent in Khmer; working proficiency in English sufficient to interpret brand guideline documents.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent requests.
