Role Overview

The IT Systems Support Specialist will support the installation, validation, and maintenance of a wide range of computerized instrument systems in both laboratory and manufacturing environments. This role ensures compliance with cybersecurity, data integrity, lifecycle management, and applicable quality standards.

Note : This is a 5 day On-Site role in Limerick, Ireland

Educational Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Equivalent industry experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • Experience inpharmaceutical or other regulated industriespreferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of IT functionality for analytical equipment to supportinstallation, upgrade, validation, andmaintenance
  • Draft and updateIT-related SOPs and procedures
  • Executecomputer system validation deliverablesfor both new and existing projects
  • Train and support users on proper use ofcomputerized analytical equipment
  • Administeruser accountsinActive Directory (AD)and other identity management systems
  • Maintain properaccess controlsusingrole-based security models
  • Manage AD environments, includinguser/group management, OUs, andGroup Policies
  • Serve as a liaison betweencorporate IT teamsandlocal business units
  • Keep systems and applications up-to-date withcurrent supported versions
  • Activelyparticipate in team meetingsandaudit activities
