Role Overview
The IT Systems Support Specialist will support the installation, validation, and maintenance of a wide range of computerized instrument systems in both laboratory and manufacturing environments. This role ensures compliance with cybersecurity, data integrity, lifecycle management, and applicable quality standards.
Note : This is a 5 day On-Site role in Limerick, Ireland
Educational Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Equivalent industry experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- Experience inpharmaceutical or other regulated industriespreferred

Key Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth knowledge of IT functionality for analytical equipment to supportinstallation, upgrade, validation, andmaintenance
- Draft and updateIT-related SOPs and procedures
- Executecomputer system validation deliverablesfor both new and existing projects
- Train and support users on proper use ofcomputerized analytical equipment
- Administeruser accountsinActive Directory (AD)and other identity management systems
- Maintain properaccess controlsusingrole-based security models
- Manage AD environments, includinguser/group management, OUs, andGroup Policies
- Serve as a liaison betweencorporate IT teamsandlocal business units
- Keep systems and applications up-to-date withcurrent supported versions
- Activelyparticipate in team meetingsandaudit activities
