Job Description

Cintas is seeking a seeking a strategic and customer-focused Senior Digital Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of a suite of digital products. This role will oversee multiple products that enhance and complement our in-person, on-site business services. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional online customer experiences that seamlessly connect with and enrich the offline, in-person interactions. This is a high-impact role including building and managing a team of Product Managers who will oversee individual products.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and optimization, for multiple products.
  • Facilitate market research, analyze customer feedback, and leverage data to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
  • Measure and report on product performance, using insights to continuously improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain a deep understanding of both the digital and on-site customer journeys.
  • Develop and mentor a team of Product Managers, guiding their career growth and ensuring successful management of individual products as the team scales.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of managing multiple products or product portfolios.
