Position Overview
We are hiring a senior project manager to manage specialities projects
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects and is responsible for the execution from initiation to completion.
- Determine project goals to ensure the project supports business objectives and strategies.
- Develop project plans which include requirements, scope, deliverables, budget and schedules.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements and to achieve optimal resource utilisation.
- Manage the risks that affect the delivery of the project outcome.
- Track project deliverables and ensure projects are completed within budget, schedules and quality standards.
- Implement process improvements to reduce development time.
- Present reports and project updates to stakeholders on a regular basis
Requirements
- Project management skills and certification (preferred)
- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk and stakeholder management.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSPO).
- Experience with project tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or MS Project is an advantage.
- Healthcare domain knowledge
- Solid understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations (radiology, PACS, EMR integration, and relevant care settings).
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, patient data privacy, and clinical safety processes.
- Experience working with clinical imaging systems
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, supporting, or integrating PACS, RIS or enterprise imaging solutions.
- Experience across the imaging lifecycle (acquisition, storage, reporting, distribution) and vendor management for imaging products.
- Working knowledge of imaging and health-data standards: DICOM (including IHE profiles), HL7 v2/v3, and FHIR.
- Contract Management experience
- Procurement related knowledge
