Responsibilities

- +5 years of experience in software development and data engineering

- Develop, maintain, and evolve high-volume ETL and data pipelines

- Design and implement solutions for large-scale data processing

- Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications and data processes

- Provide application support and troubleshoot technical issues

- Investigate and resolve critical production incidents

- Analyse root causes and implement robust, long-term solutions

- Identify opportunities for process, performance, and technical improvements

- Implement and continuously improve existing solutions and pipelines

- Work with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of assigned topics from analysis through implementation

- Collaborate with technical and business teams when required

Essential skills

- Python — mandatory, with proven experience in ETL and high-volume data pipelines

- Strong knowledge of databases, preferably PostgreSQL

- Experience with PL/SQL

- Good knowledge of Linux

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/Google Cloud Services
