The Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the LAS product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving engagement and partnerships. They will analyze customer behavior, identify new segments, and work towards continuous improvement and market penetration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product development and strategy for Loan Against Shares products.
  • Drive engagement and partnerships with the acquisition team, focusing on key metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the Digital Team to enhance digital journeys and experiences.
  • Work closely with Policy, Risk, and Analytics teams to explore new segments and develop innovative product offerings.
  • Coordinate with Digital and Operations teams to implement technology and process changes, improving the user experience.
  • Conduct customer experience research, identify gaps, and propose new ideas to enhance market penetration.
  • Liaise with Business Intelligence, Risk, and Analytics stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop targeted strategies.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders, showcasing product insights.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights for product enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10-20 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of loan products, especially Loan Against Shares.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of building effective partnerships and collaborations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for creating presentations and analyzing data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
