Full description

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Work closely with Director of Marketing Communications and the marketing team to align on design briefs and set timelines for delivery.
  • Create engaging marketing content for all the facilities, programs, services, and special events including the design and production of print and digital materials such as flyers, posters, digital TV signage, social media, video graphics, advertisements, and other brand assets.
  • Create menu templates for the restaurants & bars and train the outlet managers to be able to update and print their respective menus when required.
  • Maintain a consistent identity of Regent Kuala Lumpur and its restaurants & bars by following the brand guidelines while meeting Hotels’ marketing requirements.
  • Be the key point of contact with the Hotels’ appointed printing supplier, to ensure all printed collaterals are sent to print and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Proofread (and edit) all customer facing collateral to ensure copywriting is on brand and accurate.
  • Manage the Hotels’ content library, ensuring that all images, videos and designs are well organised on a share drive that is easily accessible by the marketing department.
  • Shoot and edit short-form photo and video content (e.g. Reels-style content) showcasing the hotel's dining, events, and experiences.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • Ensure all guest-facing collateral (menus, signage, digital screens) is visually polished, accurate, and reflects the Regent brand experience
  • Bring hotel events, dining, and experiences to life through compelling photo and video content that builds guest anticipation
  • Support outlet teams with clear, on-brand menu and signage templates that make guest information easy to navigate
  • Craft social media content and storytelling that authentically captures the guest journey and inspires future stays

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS

  • Ensure all design and content work complies with brand guidelines, copyright, and licensing requirements
  • Manage the content library responsibly, ensuring assets are organised, accessible, and securely stored
  • Work with sustainable and responsible print suppliers where possible, minimising waste in physical collateral
  • Ensure content and campaigns are inclusive, accurate, and representative in messaging and imagery

ACCOUNTABILITIES

This is the hotel's dedicated visual design and content creation role, collaborating closely with the Marketing team to bring the brand to life across print, digital, and social channels.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Should have undergone diploma/degree in Graphic Designing, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field from a recognised institute. Hotel marketing or content creation experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

  • Advanced Design Skills – Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Canva
  • Advanced Computer Skills – across all Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong written and communication skills in English
  • Adapts to constructive feedback and change
  • Fundamental skills to project management - ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Content Management System – CMS, Wordpress or equivalent preferred
  • Platform management of third-party websites and channels
  • Skilled in photography and videography, including shooting and editing short-form video content for social media (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent)

Language

Exceptional English communication and writing skills required to fulfil the job scope
