About the role1. Strategic Sourcing & Cost Savings - Anticipate future sourcing needs using sales pipeline data. - Identify upcoming deals that can be supported by sourcing. - Drive cost-saving opportunities through early engagement.

2. Performance Management & ESG - Define and track regional OKRs, especially around savings and ESG targets. - Serve as the regional ESG owner and key contact for project sourcing teams. - Monitor sourcing performance, analyze data, and provide management reporting.

3. Capability Building & Knowledge Sharing - Identify skill gaps and training needs within the region. - Work with Sourcing Excellence teams to develop upskilling programs. - Promote best practices and knowledge-sharing forums.

4. Governance & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Manage sourcing governance and deal qualification processes with Sales. - Partner with Sourcing Operations to improve team effectiveness, digitalization, and process maturity. - Coordinate regional sourcing communications, channels, and events.

5. Supply Chain Risk Management - Identify and assess regional supply chain risks. - Develop and manage risk mitigation plans. - Support crisis management and business continuity efforts.
