Lime is growing! We are on the lookout for a product leader to join our innovative Rider team: a Lead Product Manager, Rider Experience.
In this pivotal role, you'll join the Rider product team, playing a key role in enhancing and revolutionizing the customer experience through our mobile app and other customer-facing platforms. This role will be focused on a major area of the Rider experience that will help make Lime easier, more intuitive, and more valuable for riders.

This position may require occasional travel to support business operations, which is considered an essential function of the role. Lime will provide reasonable accommodations as needed.
This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the development and optimization of Lime's mobile application to build an amazing rider experience that makes it easy to get started on Lime and want to keep coming back.
- Drive continuous improvement of the rider journey, focusing on usability and satisfaction.
- Be the voice of Riders, analyzing user feedback, customer research and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmaps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to implement new features.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Prioritize product backlog and development efforts to align with business goals.
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success.
- Identify opportunities to use AI to create simpler, more personalized, and more effective rider experiences.
- Use AI tools as part of your day-to-day product development process to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, and execution.
About You:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management within a big tech or startup environment.
- Proven track record of managing and launching successful consumer-facing mobile app products. Experience in mobility, transportation, or marketplace products is a big plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Strong AI fluency and hands-on experience using modern AI tools to improve how you build products. Experience building AI-powered consumer products or experiences is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in mobile app development and UX/UI design.
- Experience building AI-powered products, features, or workflows with tools like Claude.
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Prior experience and comfort in a fast-paced, scaling dynamic environment.
- Previous Mobility or Transportation experience is a big plus.

The base salary range listed reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer for this role, with the final base salary determined by objective factors such as the candidate’s location and relevant skills and experience. Depending on the position, the total compensation package may also include discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
