Sobre a Posição

Procuramos um(a) CD Excellence Business Analyst, para apoiar a análise de performance do negócio, os processos de closing e forecast, o desenvolvimento de reporting e a otimização de processos e ferramentas de suporte às equipas comerciais. Esta função terá um papel fundamental na geração de insights, identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e suporte à tomada de decisão baseada em dados.

Principais Responsabilidades:

Planeamento e Controlo de Performance

• Apoiar os processos de monthly closing e forecast;
• Garantir a criação atempada de PO's e GR's, em conformidade com os prazos definidos;
• Suportar a estimativa de monthly closing de Trade Operations (OOH);
• Monitorizar o budget e as projeções de custos, assegurando a qualidade da informação utilizada nos exercícios de forecast. 

Ferramentas e Suporte Comercial

• Assegurar o suporte funcional às aplicações de vendas e auditoria de lojas (Trax e Rex);
• Coordenar com fornecedores externos a resolução de incidentes e a implementação de melhorias identificadas;
• Contribuir para a otimização das ferramentas e dos processos que suportam a execução comercial.

Análise de Dados, Reporting e Melhoria Contínua

• Desenvolver análises ad-hoc em resposta às necessidades das diferentes áreas do negócio;
• Identificar tendências, padrões e insights que suportem a tomada de decisão;
• Desenvolver e otimizar reports e dashboards em Power BI, garantindo a relevância, qualidade e consistência da informação disponibilizada;
• Documentar, analisar e rever processos, identificando oportunidades de simplificação, automatização e ganhos de eficiência;
• Participar em projetos de melhoria contínua, contribuindo para a excelência operacional e evolução das práticas da área.

Quem procuramos:

Experiência Profissional

• Experiência em Business Analytics, Sales Analytics, Controlo de Gestão ou áreas similares será valorizada;
• Experiência em gestão de projetos e trabalho multifuncional.

Conhecimentos Técnicos

• Conhecimentos avançados de Excel e Power BI;
• Capacidade de transformar dados em insights acionáveis para o negócio;
• Conhecimentos de Power Apps e Power Automate serão valorizados;
• Experiência em análise de dados, reporting e monitorização de indicadores de performance.

Competências Comportamentais

• Forte capacidade analítica e orientação para a resolução de problemas;
• Boa capacidade de comunicação e gestão de stakeholders;
• Autonomia, responsabilidade e sentido de ownership;
• Organização, resiliência e orientação para resultados;
• Espírito colaborativo e foco na melhoria contínua.

Formação acadêmica

• Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia, Engenharia, Data Analytics ou área relevante. 

Idiomas

• Inglês avançado.
