Current Opportunity

Right now, we’re seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Prague and help us develop and optimize customer engagement and promotional tools across our sportsbook and casino products.

In this role, you will serve as a domain expert and connect business needs with technology. Working closely with Product Owners, developers, marketing teams, and stakeholders across multiple countries and brands, you will translate business requirements into clear, actionable product features and enhancements.

You will contribute to tools such as the Sportsbook Bonus Manager and Promotion Manager, helping us deliver more effective segmentation, personalization, and bonus experiences while improving operational efficiency and ensuring regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Collaborating with Product Owners, developers, marketing teams, and country representatives to define and refine requirements for customer engagement and promotional tools
  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into clear PRDs, specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes
  • Serving as a domain expert for sportsbook and casino promotions and maintaining up-to-date documentation of player journeys, business processes, and product functionality
  • Identifying opportunities to improve internal tools and business processes, with a focus on segmentation, personalization, and promotional effectiveness
  • Assessing the feasibility and potential impact of proposed solutions while identifying risks, dependencies, and appropriate mitigation measures
  • Supporting development and testing through consultations, requirement clarifications, and timely analytical input for portfolio epics and product features
  • Actively participating in Agile ceremonies, including refinements, PI planning, and retrospectives, while contributing to SAFe ways of working
  • Sharing best practices within the Business Analyst community and supporting the development of colleagues

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of Business Analysis experience, ideally within online gaming, casino, sports betting, or a related digital environment
  • Previous professional experience in the digital marketing industry and a good understanding of its key principles and practices
  • A strong understanding of sportsbook and casino operations, bonus mechanics, customer engagement, and promotional strategies
  • Experience gathering requirements and creating clear, structured documentation such as PRDs, specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
  • The ability to align different stakeholder needs and collaborate effectively across technical, product, marketing, and business teams
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence; a technical background or data analysis experience is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Agile or SAFe ways of working and gaming or betting regulatory requirements is an advantage
  • Fluent English at B2 level or higher
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-country and multi-brand environment

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Beyond our incredible office space, joining our team means enjoying a range of benefits:
  • An annual bonus
  • 5 weeks of holiday
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid working arrangements
  • An individual career development plan
  • Meal allowance
  • Cafeteria Benefit System (sports, culture, travel, health)
  • Employee events, well-being programs, and internal activities
  • Employee Referral Program
  • International environment with stable background
  • In-house barista, refreshments, and weekly fruit days
  • Access to internal tools and modern HR processes
  • Partner discounts (Dr. Max, Datart, Škoda Auto, and other)
