We are London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider. Our Gdynia site is the largest LSEG office in Poland. We're looking for colleagues with curiosity-driven approach, tech savvy and growth mindset. At the beginning, we will provide you with training to feel comfortable with regular tasks, however, we will also challenge you to look for ways to optimize work with use of new technologies.

 

Recruitment process:

 

Our main domain is fintech - finance and technology. Therefore, our priority for hiring colleagues is a wish to grow knowledge of financial markets and new technologies. Preparing for interview, embrace very basic understanding of:

  • investment funds (e.g. mutual funds, pension funds, ETFs),
  • asset classes and their risk degree (e.g. bonds, equities, derivatives),
  • AI and large language models (LLMs),
  • new technologies or basic programming (AI, MS Power Platform, e.g. Power BI, Power Automate; or VBA, Python, etc.).

 

As previous experience is not a requirement, we want to understand your motivation and plans. We will dig into what development means for you and what, and how you like learning. It's because we seek to hire you for years not a short dead-end job.

Compensation Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 73,100 zł - 116,900 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. Benefits Information:
