Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the execution of cybersecurity projects including Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Purple Teaming, and Bespoke Assessments.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and logistics to support smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to align project delivery with client objectives and internal standards.
  • Organize project logistics such as tool setup, environment preparation, and client coordination.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and proactively drive resolutions.
  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure efficient utilization of resources and tools.
  • Oversee the management of cybersecurity tools and technologies, including licensing, renewals, usage, and cost optimization.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, deliverables, timelines, and status reports.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to internal and external stakeholders on project progress and issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiency within the team.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality of service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within cybersecurity, information security, or IT consulting environments.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience managing project budgets, cost tracking, and resource planning.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity domains such as Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Purple Teaming, or related security assessments.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity tools, software licensing, and technology management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and risk management capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with technical and business teams.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills to drive project success and team alignment.
