The job holder will manage and deliver projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, ensuring execution aligned with GMP, safety, quality, timeline, and budget requirements while supporting business objectives. the position will be engaged across all site levels and should have hand on experience with project management expertise, the job holder will report to Egypt Site Head and located in our site in Al Obour City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs
- Develop and maintain project plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS)
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
- Monitor project progress, risks, and KPIs
- Manage project budgets and CAPEX spending
- Drive risk assessment and mitigation plans
- Provide regular reporting to stakeholders
- Manage contractors and vendors where applicable
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years' experience in project management
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated industry
- Proven track record managing cross-functional projects
