Role Summary

We are seeking a QA Engineer to help ensure the quality of our enterprise digital solutions across manual and automated testing, with a focus on the Microsoft technology stack. The role covers test planning, execution, and defect management throughout the delivery lifecycle, working closely with architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure releases meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Contribute to and maintain test plans and test cases for assigned projects.

· Perform manual functional, integration, regression, and UAT-support testing across web and mobile platforms.

· Test solutions built on Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Dynamics 365, and Power Platform components.

· Validate integrations and workflows built with Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and related Azure services.

· Design, build, and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, and regression) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

· Review requirements and user stories to derive clear, traceable acceptance criteria and test coverage.

· Log, track, and manage defects to closure, ensuring accurate prioritization and root-cause reporting.

· Conduct API testing, data validation, and cross-browser/cross-device testing.

· Report quality metrics and release readiness to project stakeholders

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 3+ years of QA experience, including hands-on manual and automation testing.

· Hands-on experience testing Microsoft technologies, including Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.

· Proficiency with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).

· Experience in API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) and SQL for data validation.

· Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and version control (Git).

· Solid understanding of the SDLC/STLC and Agile delivery methodologies.

· Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· ISTQB certification (Foundation or Advanced).

· Experience with Dataverse, Power BI, and the broader Azure ecosystem.

· Experience with performance and security testing.

· Exposure to government or large-scale digital transformation program
