Business Operations Analyst

Location: Rosemead, CA (Hybrid: Onsite Mon-Tue, Remote Wed-Fri)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:15 PM

Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support reporting, data management, SAP administration, and process documentation. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Excel skills and 0-3 years of analytical or operational experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain data from spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
• Create, review, and distribute operational reports.
• Execute Excel macros and perform system updates.
• Process user access requests and role mapping activities.
• Support SAP data cleanup and data quality initiatives.
• Create and update work instructions, SOPs, and job aids.
• Maintain records, tracking logs, and toll account information.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or reporting.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and macros.
• Experience working with large datasets and databases.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP or ERP experience.
• Process documentation and SOP creation.
• Data cleanup, reporting, or operational support experience.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rosemead, CA.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $31.88/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
