As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to design, implement, and support solutions that drive operational efficiency and strategic growth. This role requires strong business analysis, project management, and technical skills to evaluate business needs, define requirements, manage projects, and recommend best-practice solutions across the Bank's systems and applications.

What You'll Do
- Manage the overall design, execution, and delivery of assigned technical and non-technical projects
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system requirements
- Recommend strategic solutions and best practices based on business needs and operational objectives
- Develop detailed process narratives, workflow documentation, and technical requirements
- Create and maintain project plans, executive summaries, functional designs, data models, and configuration workbooks
- Lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and build consensus among stakeholders
- Serve as Project Manager for assigned initiatives and ensure successful project completion
- Coordinate with developers, engineers, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Manage change management processes and support organizational adoption of new solutions
- Conduct vendor management reviews and ensure compliance with the Bank's Vendor Management Policy
- Analyze and identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress, communicate status updates, and ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams and direct reports when assigned
- Coach and support team members through feedback, training, and performance guidance
- Act as a subject matter expert for current and future banking applications and technology platforms
- Support data integration initiatives and system implementation projects
- Utilize data and reporting tools to support business decision-making and operational improvements
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership regarding project goals, risks, and outcomes
- Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to support business objectives

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2-5 years of consulting experience or in a related area
- 4 years of banking experience required
- 3-5 years of experience working with data integration required
- Advanced understanding of business applications and information systems
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and reporting platforms
- Experience creating technical specifications, process documentation, and requirements definitions
- Experience working with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions
- Experience working directly with developers, engineers, and software vendors
- Knowledge of cloud-based software solutions and integrations
- Advanced knowledge of bank products, services, and operational processes
- Experience leading enterprise-level projects and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of networking and server fundamentals
- Strong project management, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation for occasional travel
