About the role
We are seeking a sharp, commercially-minded Delivery Manager to lead our Intelligent Automation (UiPath) projects in India. You will lead multiple projects at the same time and will be the ultimate owner of project success, accountable for end-to-end delivery, team and client satisfaction, and project profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of process automation (RPA, IDP, PM and Agentic) projects using Agile methodologies to ensure on-time, high-quality deployments.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for clients for offshore delivery.
- Work closely with Roboyo engagement managers and customers to manage expectations, control scope creep, and report transparently on progress and ROI.
- Unblock, guide, and manage cross-functional, cross-location engineering teams across multiple projects/customers at any given point.
- Own the project / program P&L, manage budgets, track burn rates, and forecast revenue.
- Act as the single point of truth in our PSA tool (Kantata). Maintain accurate resource allocations, timesheets, and project financials.
- Assist Practice and Engineering teams with Presales activities specific to Process Automation.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Overall 10+ yrs of IT experience with 5+ years in IT Project/Delivery Management, including:
- 2+ years leading RPA or Intelligent Automation projects (UiPath strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated experience managing formal Change Request processes to monetise or deflect out-of-scope client requests.
- Proven experience of onsite-offshore coordination, customer relationship management and project delivery management including resource handholding and coaching/guidance.
- Proven ability to lead MBR/QBR/Steering Committee meetings and present project health/ROI dashboards to non-technical US business leaders.
- Track record of managing project escalations, specifically the ability to translate complex software/RPA failures into clear business impacts, timelines, and recovery plans.
- Proven track record of managing project budgets, financials, and profitability.
- Proficiency in PSA tools (e.g., Kantata, FinancialForce) and Agile management software (Jira).
- Bonus: PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or UiPath certifications.
