About the Position
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who will play an active role in further developing the company’s project management operations, establishing the foundations of the PMO, and coordinating the IT project portfolio.
The position will place a strong emphasis on leading infrastructure and application modernization projects, as well as developing standardized project management methodologies, processes, and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining a standardized framework for project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Responsible for ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality requirements throughout project planning and tracking activities.
• Prepares regular status reports for management, providing a comprehensive overview of project progress, identified risks, and required corrective actions.
• Participates in risk assessment processes, with a particular focus on the security evaluation of new systems and projects, and supports preparation for internal and external audits.
• Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and centralized storage of project-specific documentation (e.g., project plans, risk assessments, and other reports), as well as PMO-related policies, process descriptions, and templates.
• Ensures the maintenance of internal control checkpoints and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR) throughout project execution.
• Actively participates in project budget planning and monitoring, providing recommendations for cost optimization.
• Responsible for measuring and reporting relevant KPIs, such as on-time project delivery and variances between planned and actual project costs.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline).
• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in project management.
• Hands-on experience with recognized project management methodologies and their adaptation within a corporate environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a strategic mindset.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, business functions, technical teams, and external vendors.
• High level of proactivity, results-oriented mindset, and strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with IT system implementations, migrations, or transformation projects
- Experience in risk management, IT compliance, or audit-related projects
