Job Title

QA ENGINEER 3In this role, you'll:

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for functional and non-functional testing, ensuring alignment with business and quality goals.
• Participate in specification, architecture, and customer reviews to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases using Python and the Robot Framework.
• Integrate test automation into continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes, ensuring consistent validation across environments.
• Analyze test results, track issues, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality resolutions.
• Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices within the Quality Assurance (QA) community.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders about testing progress and quality milestones.
• Identify process enhancement opportunities and contribute to standardization and innovation within QA tools and workflows.
• Participate in initiatives focused on sustainability and reducing the environmental impact of QA activities.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in Python and Robot Framework test automation for web, API, or desktop applications.
• Skilled in designing and implementing maintainable keyword-driven and data-driven test suites.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI and experience in producing clear test reports.
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams, sharing feedback, and taking initiative in process improvement.
• Understanding of AI strategy and ability to advise on selecting and developing impactful AI projects.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to continuous learning.
