  • We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst professional to support the adoption of an electronic reporting system (EDRS) across Pennsylvania healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals with EDRS enrollment and onboarding.
  • Assist with SSO setup, account linking, password resets, and account troubleshooting.
  • Contact facilities to understand reporting workflows and support EDRS adoption.
  • Identify and report application issues and escalate technical problems.
  • Provide user guidance and refer stakeholders to training/support resources.
  • Work with internal SMEs and stakeholders to understand business requirements and workflows.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Customer Service, and/or End-User Support.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience providing training or technical support to professional users is preferred.
  • Healthcare/healthcare IT experience is a plus.
