Overview
Expleo is a leading Global Engineering Services Provider with UK presence in 10 locations. As part of our continued support to our customer in the space sector we are looking for Test and Analysis Support Engineers. These roles will be based at our customer’s facility in Cheltenham and the candidates should be prepared to travel within the UK in support of test campaigns.
This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals to develop and grow their skills and knowledge within a thriving organisation. The successful candidates will be engaged in, supporting the build operations, commissioning of associated equipmen and executing testing against existing procedures and requirements

Responsibilities
Within this role, you will be responsible for :-
- Providing support to manufacturing activities
- Commissioning of associated equipment.
- Executing testing against existing procedures and requirements.
- Supporting data acquisition during test activities.
- Performing test data analysis and interpretation.
- Supporting investigation of non-conformances.
- Troubleshooting issues arising during testing.
- Supporting resolution of test-related technical problems.
- Producing and contributing to test reports and documenting results.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an HNC or NVQ Level 4 in an Electrical Engineering related discipline or relevant experience in a similar role.
Essential skills
- Good data acquisition and data analysis capability.
- Ability to interpret test results and identify anomalies.
- Ability to perform RF testing.
Experience
- Experience working in a high‑quality production environment relating to Electomechanical assembly
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment, including FOD/ESD practices
- Experience interacting with payload technical documentation, test aids, harness definitions, and EGSE documentation
- Fluidic testing experience is required
- Experience supporting test facility setup and commissioning
- Experience investigating non-conformances and supporting troubleshooting
- Experience working within complex engineering or test environments
- Strong practical test execution experience
- AIT-type experience may be relevant, particularly where it includes strong test and data analysis activity, but this is primarily a Test & Analysis requirement
