Benefits
Full description
We're looking for a motivated Junior+ Product Designer ready to jump into real-world fintech. Right now we're hiring across several teams: Origination, Payments, and PyMe (our SME banking line). You'll get to work on products used by thousands of customers every day, whether that's onboarding journeys, payment flows, or business banking tools.
If you've got a strong portfolio, a user-first mindset, and the passion to level up fast, welcome aboard!
Challenges that await you:
- Design core flows: depending on the team, this could mean onboarding and origination journeys, payment experiences, or SME banking products, from cards and limits to transaction history and account analytics. You'll work across a range of banking products: credit, debit accounts, savings, loans and many more
- Ship real features: partner closely with product managers, data analysts, and engineers
- Maintain the design system: keep our iOS & Android and web interfaces tight, scalable, and consistent
- Test & iterate: build interactive prototypes, run quick corridor tests, and refine based on real user feedback
What makes you a great fit
- 2+ years of relevant product design experience
- Strong UX/UI fundamentals: solid understanding of iOS (HIG) and Android (Material) guidelines, grids, and typography
- A portfolio that tells a story: we want to see your thought process, not just pretty shots
- Ability to simplify complexity and design clear, user-friendly experiences
- Figma proficiency: auto-layouts, components, variants, and interactive prototyping are second nature to you
- B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
Your bonus skills
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or similar domains
- Experience working with AI-driven features or personalization in products
- Experience designing web interfaces
Our ways of working:
• Innovative Spirit: A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions
• Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication
• Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community
• Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together
• High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances
Our benefits:
• Relocation support to one of our hubs — Georgia or Serbia — with assistance for the employee and their family
• Flexible work from one of our offices or remote
• Healthcare Coverage
• Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications
• Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
• Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave
