Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team and drive the development of innovative products that deliver exceptional value to our customers. The Product Owner will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring successful product delivery through agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
- Collaborate with leadership to establish product goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Present product updates and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Write clear, detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer impact, and technical dependencies
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
- Gather and synthesize requirements from various stakeholders into actionable product features
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on product progress
Agile Development Process
- Participate actively in all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Make timely decisions on scope and requirements to keep development teams unblocked
- Ensure sprint goals are met and provide guidance on feature implementation
User Experience & Customer Focus
- Advocate for the end-user throughout the product development lifecycle
- Analyze user feedback, support tickets, and usage data to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure optimal user experience
- Conduct user acceptance testing and validation of new features
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related role
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar)
Technical Skills
- Strong AI tools experience and Usage
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Basic understanding of web technologies and APIs
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience facilitating meetings and workshops with diverse stakeholders
