Working within UGL's integrated delivery model alongside CPB Contractors, we are growing our Data Centre business and delivering some of Australia's most significant mission-critical infrastructure projects. As part of our expanding team, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager - LLE/OFCI to lead the planning, procurement, coordination and delivery of Long Lead Equipment (LLE) and Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) packages across major hyperscale and enterprise data centre developments in Melbourne.

About the Role

Reporting to the MEP Construction Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of LLE and OFCI packages, ensuring critical infrastructure is procured, manufactured, delivered, installed and commissioned in line with project schedules and operational requirements. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all LLE and OFCI packages throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate procurement activities and monitor manufacturing schedules.
  • Drive supplier engagement and manage vendor performance across multiple packages
  • Track equipment delivery milestones and proactively mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Lead stakeholder coordination between clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers
  • Ensure successful installation and integration of owner-supplied equipment.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks and reporting requirements.
  • Support commissioning, testing and operational readiness activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project quality, safety and governance standards

About You

  • Proven experience delivering LLE and OFCI packages on large-scale infrastructure, mission-critical or data centre projects.
  • Strong understanding of critical electrical, mechanical and ICT systems
  • Experience managing global suppliers and complex procurement programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project risks and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract management capability.
  • Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
