Join our Team as an Advanced Services Business Analyst!

The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Advanced Services Business Analyst to join our Advanced Services & Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will support the ongoing financial operations and equipment management activities behind some of Toyota’s key customer programs. You will work closely with Account Management, Customer Care, dealers, customers, and internal partners to ensure equipment information is accurate, financial processes run effectively, and customers receive a positive and consistent experience. You will manage critical operational activities supporting downstream asset management and billing, monitor performance metrics, help resolve dealer and customer issues, and identify opportunities to improve reporting and processes. This role is a strong fit for someone who can balance analytical and operational responsibilities with relationship-building and customer support—and who is comfortable independently taking ownership of their work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Load, maintain, and manage equipment records that support downstream asset management and billing activities.
  • Track and maintain key internal and external performance indicators to identify trends and support operational performance.
  • Partner with Account Management, Customer Care, and other Financial Operations teams to support customer needs and business priorities.
  • Communicate with dealers and customers to support the execution of operational strategies and initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between dealers and customers to support issue and dispute resolution.
  • Train dealers on financial operations and equipment management processes to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Provide financial operations and equipment management insights during customer business reviews.
  • Maintain appropriate controls to support data quality, financial accuracy, and a positive customer experience.
  • Support reporting and automation initiatives designed to increase efficiency and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements while supporting a culture of Kaizen and continuous improvement.
  • Support customer service activities that contribute to team, department, and organizational goals.
  • Independently manage daily responsibilities and priorities while maintaining appropriate fiduciary accountability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor Degree or 8 + years of relevant professional experience in lieu of the required.
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage responsibilities, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, dealers, and external partners.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience supporting financial operations, billing, asset management, equipment management, or related business processes.
  • Experience working directly with customers, dealers, or other external business partners.
  • Experience tracking, analyzing, or reporting operational KPIs.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Experience supporting reporting or automation initiatives.
  • Experience training or providing process guidance to customers, dealers, or internal stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement or Kaizen experience.
  • Ability to translate business priorities into practical, executable actions.

Where and When You’ll Work:

  • Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person Monday through Wednesday at our Greene, NY office and work remotely Thursday/Friday.
  • Typical first shift hours.
