Position: Junior SalesForce Developer
Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)
Location: Chennai/Bangalore - Onsite
About the role: We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our Salesforce development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration.
You will work closely with senior developers, Salesforce administrators, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to develop, customize, test, and support Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
Build custom Salesforce functionality based on business and technical requirements.
Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, and asynchronous processes as required.
Create and enhance Lightning Web Components and Lightning pages.
Work with Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, validation rules, flows, and other platform features.
Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
Write efficient and optimized SOQL queries and Apex code while following Salesforce governor limits.
Participate in unit testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely technical solutions.
Work with Salesforce Administrators and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Participate in code reviews and maintain appropriate technical documentation.
Support deployment activities using Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or DevOps tools.
Required Skills:
1–2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Good knowledge of Apex programming.
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Good understanding of SOQL/SOSL.
Knowledge of Salesforce Objects, Relationships, Validation Rules, Flows, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Security Model.
Basic understanding of Salesforce APIs and integrations.
Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and bulkification concepts.
Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Git/version control and Salesforce deployment processes.
Good communication and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
