Key Responsibilities Maintain QA processes, standards, playbooks, and operational documentation Develop, review, and enhance QA governance and organizational procedures Create and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting Manage defect metrics reporting, including defect leakage, defect density, production defects, and quality trends Pull, analyze, and validate data from Clarity, Jira, Rally, Power BI, SharePoint, and QA tools Prepare executive-ready presentations, status reports, and leadership summaries Establish and manage recurring reporting schedules and reporting governance Identify manual processes and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency Partner with QA leads, project managers, and business stakeholders to collect and analyze project health data Support resource planning, portfolio reporting, demand tracking, and capacity management Track action items, decisions, risks, and deliverables across the QA organization Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, reporting, automation, and operational efficiency Required Qualifications Experience in Quality Assurance, PMO, Project Management, Business Analysis, or QA Operations Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect management, and software delivery lifecycles Experience creating executive-level dashboards and reporting Excel and Power BI skills Experience with Clarity, Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar reporting tools Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities Experience creating process documentation and operational procedures Strong communication and presentation skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting large enterprise QA organizations Knowledge of test automation tools and QA metrics Experience with Power Automate, Power Platform, or workflow automation tools SAP, Workday, Finance, Retail, or Enterprise Systems experience Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and reporting solutions Success Measures Delivers accurate, timely executive reporting and QA scorecards Maintains a centralized QA governance and documentation repository Provides actionable insights from defect and quality metrics Successfully automates manual reporting and operational processes Improves visibility into QA portfolio health, risks, and delivery outcomes Enables QA leadership to focus on strategy by reducing administrative and reporting overhead
