Reporting to the Regional Manager for Customer Installations Engineering, you will lead high-impact regional projects in line with technical requirements, company guidelines, and industry standards. In this key engineering position, you will drive operational activities across nominated sites to embed a strong safety culture, optimize reliability, and guarantee the highest quality and compliance across customer installations. You will champion customer satisfaction by leveraging existing operational systems and executing continuous improvement initiatives.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Financial Oversight: Analyze, execute, and deliver accurate project costings within allocated budgets while controlling regional installation and ongoing maintenance expenses.
- End-to-End Customer Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients from initial planning and design phases through to project handover and ongoing technical maintenance support.
- Safety & Compliance Stewardship: Develop, implement, and audit Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and risk assessments to maintain zero-compromise site safety standards.
- Asset & Process Optimization: Implement regional asset management structures and participate in upgrading Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through continuous improvement projects.
- Technical Engineering Support: Review and recommend technical solution enhancements to the national engineering team to drive regional innovation.
Are you a MATCH?
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Industry Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in project implementation, commercial customer management, and gas equipment maintenance.
- Technical Agility: Proficiency in AutoCAD to adapt and modify standard technical drawings.
- Leadership Drive: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and solution-focused decision-making skills with an innovative mindset and an ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
