Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Automobile) with at least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, assembly processes, and sheet metal/plastic components is required.

Full description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Ensure quality of Tractors through Process audits of Tractor Assembly and Paint shop & PTCED shop
  • Understanding of basic assembly process, criticality in process & product.
  • Good knowledge of sheet metal & plastic components.
  • Analysing customer complaints, Assembly line rejection, Supplier parts analysis and taking corrective actions, Standardizing all the Quality Procedure.
  • Experience in Quality assurance function in assembly plant
  • Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.
  • Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error.
  • Monitoring and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies.
  • Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process,
  • Exposure to Quality management systems
