Journeyman Data Analyst
In this role you will…• Interface directly with senior leaders and capability providers on Mission Assurance risk and decision-support matters
- Prepare tasking packages, staffing materials, and decision-support products
- Provide risk-mitigation analysis, Courses of Action (COAs), and return-on-investment (ROI)-based decision modeling
- Support the application of AI/ML techniques to extract insights from Mission Assurance assessment data and stakeholder documentation
- Support analytical workflow enablement and sustainment of dashboards, monitoring views, and decision-support products
- Additional duties as assigned
Experience Requirements:
- 3–10 years in any career field, discipline, or industry
- Hands-on experience with Palantir AIP or similar AI-enabled analytics platforms preferred
- Background in data science, predictive modeling, or decision analytics preferred
- Experience briefing senior DoD leaders preferred
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in any field
Certification Requirements:
- Palantir AI Certification (required)
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performance
- Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Caveats
- U.S. Citizenship required
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hours
- CONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior)
- OCONUS travel may be required (e.g., EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior, with Theater Business Clearances)
- Local travel within the National Capital Region may be required
- Trip and After-Action Reports are required following each trip
- May be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 pounds
- May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time
- Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings
- Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism
- Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Multiple considerations are taken into account when determining the final salary/hour rate, including but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, education and certifications, relevant work experience, related skills and competencies, as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
