VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to join our Regional Finance team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Regional Finance team and act as Finance Business Partner for the Central Retail organization, supporting the EMEA Retail VP and leadership team with clear financial insights, performance analysis, and scenario modelling to enable informed decisions and sustainable growth.
You will contribute to official financial processes and take ownership of selected Regional Finance activities, including Central Retail SG&A, fleet investment analysis, weekly and monthly performance tracking, and ad hoc executive analysis.
While overall brand planning and forecasting accountability remains with the Brand Finance teams, you will partner closely with Retail Operations, Real Estate, HR, Brand Finance, and other cross-functional teams to provide analytical rigor and business insight across the Full Price and Outlet fleet.

How You'll Make A Difference
Own the Long-Range Planning process, developing revenue and profitability scenarios based on sales KPI assumptions, commercial initiatives, and fleet evolution strategies.
Support fleet planning and investment decision-making, including store openings, closures, relocations, refurbishments, business case development, post-investment reviews, and profitability assessments, ensuring alignment with long-term profitability objectives.
Lead the financial management of multi-brand stores and channels, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and profitability analysis across brands and retail formats.
Own Central Retail SG&A planning, forecasting, and reporting, including employee expenses, travel and entertainment, consultancy costs, and related cross-brand allocations.
Drive cost management initiatives across the retail organization, with a focus on labor costs, occupancy expenses, depreciation, rent, and general operating expenses, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
Lead regular weekly and monthly performance management reviews with Retail leadership teams, analysing business performance, KPIs, cost trends, productivity metrics, and profitability drivers.
Act as the Finance Business Partner for the EMEA Retail VP and leadership team, providing ongoing financial guidance, scenario analysis, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Deliver high-impact ad hoc analyses and executive requests, translating complex financial data into clear recommendations and actionable business insights.
Skills for Success
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Finance, or a similar financial planning and analysis role.
- Strong experience leading forecasting, planning, and long-range planning processes.
- Advanced understanding of retail economics, including store productivity, occupancy management, labour planning, and profitability analysis.
- Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing decision-making through fact-based financial analysis.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Cognos, Power BI, or similar planning and reporting tools is a plus.
- Experience managing complex datasets and developing dashboards to support business performance reviews.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present financial information to senior leadership audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A University Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent study is required as a pre-requisite.
