We're looking for a Cloud Support Engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and working across Microsoft cloud environments. In this role, you'll support a diverse range of customers across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid infrastructures, helping to maintain critical systems, resolve technical issues, drive continuous improvement, and provide trusted technical expertise.

Some of the key things you’ll do:

  • L2/L3 support across Microsoft 365, Azure and Microsoft legacy platforms.
  • Manage Microsoft patching and remediation activities.
  • Perform vulnerability remediation across customer environments.
  • Identity management for customer platforms using Microsoft systems.
  • Submit and process any required change controls.
  • Support customer onboarding and service transitions.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers and pre-sales teams.
  • Install and maintain applications and services on managed Microsoft platforms.
  • Participate in an on-call roster.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong Microsoft 365, Azure and legacy on-premises experience.
  • Experience supporting cloud and hybrid environments.
  • MSP experience highly regarded.
  • PowerShell scripting and ServiceNow platform experience.
  • Knowledge of email security, DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
  • Understanding of ITIL and operational processes.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices (PCI DSS and ISO/IEC 27001).
  • Strong communication, documentation and troubleshooting skills.
