Global Services Finance Legal Entity Accounting (GSF LEA) at Johnson and Johnson Limited is recruiting for an Account to Report (ATR) Finance Analyst, located in Bangalore, India
We are seeking a thorough and collaborative Finance Analyst to manage our B2G (Business-to-Government) reconciliation activities, including inbound, outbound, and intercompany transactions. The candidate will bring proven experience in accounting, particularly within Legal Entity Accounting, and will partner across functions such as finance teams, business units, customer service, procurement, tax to ensure flawless, accurate, and compliant data.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and be responsible for B2G reconciliation processes ensuring accurate filings and reporting, while meeting all corporate and regional deadlines and applying detailed understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
- Performing daily operations for eInvoicing and eArchiving processes for global markets
- Move towards process stabilization and transitioning activities of the recon process to different locations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional finance teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Support Legal Entity Accounting activities, ensuring accurate allocation, reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and statutory and federal regulations.
- Prepare detailed reconciliation reports, analyze variances, and communicate findings to relevant interested parties.
- Coordinating the data & information flows between the Johnson & Johnson local teams, Global services accounting teams and Local Authorities in relation to reporting obligations
- Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of reconciliation procedures, leveraging automation tools and best practices, while ensuring control and compliance are in place
- Assist in audit preparations and respond to audit inquiries related to reconciliation
- Taking part in projects to participate in establishing new processes for simplification, standardization, and automation within an international environment.
- Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Build and optimize Alteryx workflows for data extraction, transformation, automation, and preparation from multiple data sources.
Qualifications
- Solid Accounting & finance knowledge.
- Basic VAT knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to frame clear and concise communication across all relevant stakeholders.
- Open to new ideas, rapid changes and adopting new technology.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving skills, analytical skills is required.
- Experienced in a Shared Services Centre or a multinational corporation or BPO.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating pragmatic approach.
- Successfully handled multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to tight deadlines.
- Digital/Intelligent automation capabilities.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office in particular Excel.
- Lead/Participate in other Regional/Global/Cross functional duties as assigned.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
- Some knowledge of industry/J&J practices and standards
- Some independence, able to plan own activities to accomplish objectives
- Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€33,700.00 - €54,395.00
