As a Senior Business Analyst within Business & Corporate Banking Payments, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering payment solutions that support our customers, colleagues and strategic goals. Working across complex payment initiatives, you'll analyse customer journeys, define business requirements and help design future operating models that improve services and drive positive outcomes. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology and operations to deliver change across domestic and international payment services, including Faster Payments, BACS, CHAPS, SWIFT and SEPA.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our London, Glasgow, Edinburgh or Gosforth office. If you’re based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events.
