Full description

The Sr. Associate Product Manager, EOS supports downstream product management and commercial execution for the EOS product portfolio. This role is responsible for supporting sales training, sales enablement, KOL engagement, product feedback management, and cross-functional marketing initiatives that improve adoption, sustained utilization, customer engagement, and product performance. The role reports to the Sr. Product Manager, EOS and works closely with Sales, Upstream Marketing, Medical Education, Quality, Regulatory, Product Development, and other cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains EOS sales training tools, field-facing materials, onboarding resources, webinars, and related support content to improve sales readiness and consistency.
  • Supports EOS sales enablement initiatives, including outreach materials, account targeting support, customer demonstrations, webinars, and follow-up activities that help advance commercial opportunities.
  • Coordinates with Medical Education, Surgeon Education, and Sales Training to support EOS course content, training events, and surgeon or sales education programs.
  • Supports EOS KOL engagement, peer-to-peer programs, market development events, new KOL onboarding, and ongoing customer engagement activities.
  • Supports Insight Council initiatives, including annual meeting coordination, registry growth initiatives, follow-up planning, and ongoing council engagement.
  • Manages EOSedge complaint and feedback intake processes in support of QMS requirements, partnering with field teams and cross-functional stakeholders to document and communicate product feedback.
  • Helps translate field, surgeon, and customer feedback into product management inputs, marketing needs, launch support, and product improvement opportunities.
  • Contributes to EOS product management and downstream marketing activities, including competitive tracking, sales collateral, customer resources, forecast inputs, event support, and internal communications.
  • Builds strong working relationships with field sales, sales leadership, surgeon customers, KOLs, consulting physicians, and internal cross-functional partners.
  • Represents EOS at internal meetings, customer-facing activities, sales events, trainings, trade shows, conventions, and other business functions.
  • Able to travel up to 40%.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Medical device industry experience preferred; spine, orthopedics, imaging, enabling technology, or capital equipment experience preferred.
  • Experience in field sales, sales training, downstream marketing, product management, or commercial enablement preferred.
  • Ability to develop clear sales tools, training materials, presentations, customer resources, and internal communications.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collect, synthesize, and communicate field, surgeon, and customer feedback to support product and commercial priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools, and related business applications required.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably in the medical device industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Range

Alphatec Spine, Inc. complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate’s qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $75,000 to $95,000 Full-Time Annual Salary
