We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM & Analytics Specialist with strong expertise in Salesforce data, analytics, integration, and API development, preferably within the Banking / BFSI domain.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture and enterprise data environments, with the ability to integrate CRM data with analytics platforms, data lakes, data warehouses, and governed enterprise systems. You will help enable data-driven customer insights, sales analytics, and CRM capabilities across complex banking environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate Salesforce CRM data with enterprise analytics platforms, data lakes, data warehouses, and governed data environments.
- Develop data solutions that enable Customer 360 and unified customer insights.
- Support CRM analytics use cases including RM dashboards, lead and funnel analytics, segmentation, propensity, cross-sell/up-sell, and campaign analytics.
- Develop and manage APIs and integration services to transfer analytical data and other outputs into Salesforce CRM.
- Design and maintain reliable CRM-to-core system reconciliation processes.
- Define customer and entity matching rules to ensure consistency across CRM and enterprise data platforms.
- Establish data-quality rules, validation processes, and mechanisms for identifying and resolving data issues.
- Support data governance, access control, security, and data-lineage requirements.
- Collaborate with business and CRM teams to co-develop Salesforce analytics and data solutions.
- Translate business and analytical requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Monitor the reliability and performance of CRM data integrations and analytics processes.
- Troubleshoot data, API, and integration issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
- Contribute to technical documentation, integration standards, data models, and solution design activities.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM data, analytics, integration, or related enterprise CRM technologies.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce Data Model, APIs, integrations, Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns, and Analytics.
- Demonstrable experience working on Banking / BFSI technology, data, or CRM assignments.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, analytics platforms, or governed data environments.
- Strong experience with API development, system integration, and enterprise data exchange.
- Good understanding of Customer 360 and customer data management.
- Experience with banking customer analytics, relationship-manager/sales analytics, segmentation, propensity modelling, or campaign measurement is preferred.
- Strong understanding of data quality, reconciliation, customer/entity matching, governance, access control, and data lineage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to data accuracy and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively with CRM, analytics, data, technology, and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Data Cloud, or Salesforce CRM Analytics will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively within a cross-functional environment.
