About the Role: If you are passionate about enabling digital transformation through business analysis in the commercial airline space, then this role might be the right fit for you. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our agile delivery team, working in a scaled agile environment to deliver impactful solutions for our commercial teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive requirements engineering, and help ensure our agile delivery is efficient, customer-centric and value driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with commercial, IT, and external partners to understand needs and objectives and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Problem Analysis: Identify root causes of business problems and facilitate effective solutions using techniques such as RCA and PFC.
- Process Analysis: Analyze and optimize business processes (as-is and to-be) using techniques such as BPMN and UML modeling.
- Wireframing and User Experience: Collaborate with UX and development teams to define mock-ups and deliver high quality UI UX designs.
- Agile Delivery: Work as a core member of a agile delivery pod, participating in agile ceremonies (PI planning, stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and OKRs’).
- Backlog Support: Refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals and commercial strategy.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA and development teams to define acceptance criteria, support UAT, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Change Enablement: Support change management, business roll-out, and provide post go-live support and training.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Sciences, Commerce, or relevant major with at least 5+ years of job-related experience OR High School/Vocational/Diploma with at least 6+ years of job-related experience.
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and ability to work in multicultural teams
- Hands-on experience with agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar frameworks).
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with requirements analysis, process modeling (UML/BPMN), and backlog management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps,Draw.io,Visio etc).
Preferred Qualifications
- Business Analysis certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, IREB, BCS etc)
- Agile certifications (CSPO,CSM SAFe Practitioner, CPOA, etc.).
- Commercial acumen and understanding of airline B2B digital solutions in sales, marketing, or customer experience domains.
